データルームアクセスガイド

アクセスするための手順は以下の通りです：
1：当社のウェブサイトにアクセス
ウェブブラウザを開き、当社のウェブサイト：almata.co.jp にアクセスしてください。
2：サインアップページに移動
ホームページの右上にある言語選択（JPまたはEN）で希望の言語を選択し、言語選択の左にある「ログイン」リンクを見つけてください。
3：アクセスのための登録
「サインアップ」リンク（※ログインの下）をクリックします。
必要な情報を入力してください：

メールアドレス

パスワードの作成
全ての情報が正確であること、必須項目に記入漏れがないことを確認し、登録を行ってください。
登録を完了するためのコードが登録したメールアドレスに送信されます。
4：承認プロセス
登録が完了しましたら、当社がリクエストを確認いたします。アクセスの承認には最大24時間かかる場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
登録が承認されると、メール通知が届きます。
5：データルームへのアクセス
承認後、登録したメールアドレスとパスワードを使用してウェブサイトにログインします。
ユーザー名のドロップダウンに移動し、「データルームアーティファクト」を選択してください。
追加情報
データルームにない文書や情報が必要な場合は、IR@almata.co.jp までメールを送信してください。チームが迅速に対応いたします。

Data Room Access Guide
Welcome to Almata Co. Ltd. We appreciate your interest in our company. To facilitate your investment decision, we provide a secure data room where you can access all necessary documents and information. Please check back frequently as we continuously update our documents based on feedback.
Please follow the steps below to gain access:
1: Visit Our Website
Open your web browser and go to our website: almata.co.jp.
2: Navigate to the Sign-Up Page
On the homepage, select your preferred language in the upper right side of the page, locate the "Login" link to the left of the language selection.
3: Register for Access
Click on the "Sign Up" link (below the Log In). You will be directed to the registration page.
Fill in the required information, including your:

Create a Password
Ensure all information is accurate and required sections are complete, then submit your registration.
A code will be sent to your email to complete the registration submission process.
4: Approval Process
Once your registration is submitted, our team will review your request. Please note that access approval may take up to 24 hours.
You will receive an email notification once your registration has been approved.
5: Access the Data Room
After receiving approval, log in to the website using the email address and password you provided during registration.
Navigate to your username dropdown and select the "Data Room Artifacts".
